Long Term Foster - SRS Luna

A wee bit about Luna from her foster family.

I first heard about Luna in early November via a friend who was visiting her foster Mum and knew I was currently dogless.

She sent me a message and a picture. I've always been a Border Collie person but loving all dogs I was open to the idea.  Long story short , I met her during a visit to our friends and I could resist her charms. I went home and thought about it. Springer Rescue Scotland informed me of her health condition and have been very supportive regarding this.

In reality it didn't  take me long - about 5 minutes to decide she was for me. After all the appropriate checks I brought her home and since then I have been completely smitten. She is an absolute sweetie. She has settled in really well, finding the couch the afternoon she arrived!!

Since then, she has been as good as gold and is training me well into the ways of owning a Springer Spaniel. She loves her toys and definitely her food, oh and when she would like fed!!

I am completely smitten and so are my friends. I was away at Christmas staying with friends who have two dogs, she got on so well although the picture I've attached of them all in the boot of the car looks as if she's ignoring them, it did make me laugh!! She's such a happy wee soul and I love that she brings me a toy in the morning and takes me directly to her dish in case I'm in any doubt it's breakfast time!!

I am looking forward to having many more morning greetings with sweet Luna.
