- Magic is a small 7 month old boy who although shy when he first meets new people is a sweet, affectionate and friendly boy who loves company. He has not been socialised as well as he should be and can be quite timid in new situations but quickly comes round. Magic will need further house training and the opportunity to be introduced to all the big wide world has to offer. He is good with children but may find toddlers a bit overwhelming. His ideal home would be with a family where someone was around for most of the day to continue his house-training.

Monty is a very friendly and affectionate 8 year old boy. He is currently in foster with another dog and settled in straight away with his foster family. Monty is a quiet dog who rarely barks when he has company, he loves being outside in the garden and walks well on his lead. His recall is fairly good when there are no other distractions but will need more training. Monty has lived with a cat and has had contact with horses. A lovely boy who deserves a home to call his own.

Sam is an affectionate young dog looking for an active family home, although he can be quite bouncy so won’t be rehomed with toddlers. Sam is house trained, takes treats gently, is an excellent traveller, can be left for short periods and has some basic skills in place. However, at present, Sam is extremely strong on the lead and has limited recall, so he is looking for an owner who is prepared to continue with the training required to improve these skills. Sam gets on well with other dogs (although can be a little too friendly with the girlies), but would be equally happy as an only dog so that he can have all the cuddles.

Charlie is a small, 18 month old, liver and white Springer. He is very sweet and affectionate and can be a little shy when meeting new people, although he quickly comes round for a cuddle. He is excellent with other dogs and good with children. Charlie is a little underweight at the moment but is eating well . He doesn’t pull on the lead and will train very easily on recall. He likes to play with his ball and will bring it back to be thrown again. Charlie could live as an only dog but would enjoy the company of an older playmate. As he is still quite young, a home where someone is around most of the day would be ideal.

Sam is a small, good natured, liver and white boy. He loves to play, is friendly with other dogs and has quickly settled into his foster home. Sam is used to living with children and enjoys their company. He does pull on the lead and would benefit from further heelwork training or the use of a halti. Sam does have reasonable recall but can become distracted by nice smells ! He will make a lovely addition to a new home.
